Remote Location UK& Postage cost

Customer has to pay extra £6  for UK highlands , Northan Ireland & islands and
remote location post codes. We can only deliver to paypal registered address

your precious feedback if you are happy with our product. Also, we take any issues very
seriously, so if we have made a mistake, please let us know first. We will respond to you asap.

We are more than happy to solve any genuine issues / manufacturing fault
related with our products. Please contact us before any negative feedback . Thanks for your time .

Payment& Refund

Additional returns policy details: We have no quibble 14 days return policy.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reasons, we will refund or exchange.
Goods returned should be unused and should be in original packaging. Buyer to bear
the return postage cost. Any item faulty, damaged or unwanted should be informed within
3 days of receipt. It should be then returned in original packaging, in saleable condition & unused. Also we will need a picture for the fault or damage. However, in any case we will not able to refund the postage for goods that are returned without intimating us. If you have received any item that is not same as advertised, please contact us immediately. We will either replace you or refund you accordingly. If you have received faulty item i.e. non electronic and non-electrical goods, please inform us within 5 working days In the case of electronic and electrical goods, you can contact us for refund or replacement. In the above cases, we will either send you a free return postage label or make arrangement that you do not have to pay the postage charges. In all cases it is important to inform us within mentioned time period. Postage for goods will not be refunded for any item that is returned, without intimating us. In case where the fault develops due to mishandling of goods, we will unable to refund the item

We take payment from your card via PayPal at the time we receive your order.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods,
we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you original  payment provider you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on the  website at the time
we receive your order. While we try to ensure that all prices on our store are accurate,
errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Changing or cancelling orders

In the first instance email us with your change / cancellation details. f your order has not yet been dispatched then this will be possible free of charge, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and / or redeliver goods. Changed / cancelled items must be returned in their original packaging.

Faulty goods:

Damages: damaged items must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
